Release Agent Spray Gun
YD-602 Series

The YD-602 Series Release Agent Spray Gun is designed for release agent spraying in die-casting applications. The gun body is precision-forged from 6061 aluminum alloy and T6 heat-treated for lightweight durability. Its ergonomic, non-slip grip can be adjusted to fit different hand sizes, providing greater comfort during extended operation.

The durable stainless steel spray tube, combined with a specially designed nozzle, delivers high flow with fine and uniform atomization while minimizing spray recoil. Anti-loosening air and fluid adjustment knobs ensure reliable operation, while the simple construction allows for easy cleaning, maintenance, and parts replacement.

The YD-602 is available in two configurations: a 90° bent single-nozzle type and a T-shaped twin-nozzle type. Both provide a 180° circular spray pattern. The standard spray tube length is 30 cm, with custom lengths available to suit specific equipment and application requirements.
