Feature 1 - Emphasis on Functional Efficiency Design After implementing efficiency measures, it achieved a weight reduction of 5g compared to the original. Various knobs are designed with deepened grooves on inclined surfaces, allowing for easier fine-tuning through efficient tactile feedback. Resin components assembled behind the spray needle valve spring enable smooth paint adjustment. Additionally, the front end of the trigger has been redesigned to a smooth shape, considering enhanced operational performance during light spraying. Feature 2 - Upgrades Facilitate Maintenance The new WIDER adopts a design that is easy to maintain. The thread on the air cap has been increased from 1.0mm to 1.5mm, allowing it to be tightened with half the rotation as before. The rear halves of the air and paint needles, as well as the valve, have been redesigned for easy disassembly. Moreover, the lower end of the air and paint thread pipe is designed in a straight line, enabling simple detachment of the joints. Feature 3 - Linear Response Spray Width Adjustment Device Previously, the spray width adjustment device had settings where 1 turn corresponded to approximately 45% open, 1.5 turns to about 80%, and 2 turns to nearly 100% fully open. The newly developed adjustment device allows for adjustments similar to linear responses, with 1 turn equating to approximately 35%, 1.5 turns to about 50%, and 2 turns to about 70%, making it easier to operate compared to intuitive settings. Feature 4 - Reduction of Individual Differences in Air Valve Sleeves In the past, variations in the size of the air valve sleeve's air passage openings resulted in differences in air volume and could potentially affect paint output and spray width depending on the screwing position (= individual differences). The new WIDER improves upon this structure by standardizing the size of the openings and developing air valve sleeves with reduced individual differences in screw-in positions. This ensures stable spraying. Feed Method
