    WAGNER PUMP Series

    A core power source in coating supply systems, responsible for delivering coatings steadily to the pressure regulation and application end. Suitable for both solvent-based and water-based coatings, commonly used in paint booth supply systems, Airless / AirCoat spraying equipment, and automated coating lines.

    The entire series features stainless steel wetted parts and wear-resistant structural design, offering corrosion resistance, long-term operational stability, and high-pressure delivery capability. Models can be selected based on coating characteristics and production line requirements.

    1. IceBreaker Series (Leopard / Jaguar / Puma / Wildcat)
    Positioning: Mid-to-high pressure main spraying pump (continuous operation)

    Suitable for general industrial coating, automated spray lines, and fine AirCoat applications.

    • Patented pneumatic motor design reduces icing during high-pressure operation
    • Low pulsation output ensures uniform coating finish
    • Wear-resistant piston and seals for high-frequency use and abrasive coatings

    Primarily used as upstream equipment in supply systems, not for direct spraying.

    • Low-shear transfer, suitable for metallic and particle-containing coatings
    • Low reciprocating frequency extends seal life
