The UG4000D Spray Gun Cleaner is an advanced automatic cleaning system designed for medium to high-frequency spray painting operations. It can clean two spray guns and two paint cups at the same time, and is compatible with gravity-feed, suction-feed, and pressure-feed spray guns.
Compared to entry-level and economic models, the UG4000D stands out with its fully integrated automatic cleaning process, delivering faster, deeper cleaning and allowing spray guns to be reused immediately after cleaning.

Three-Stage Automatic Cleaning Process

The UG4000D integrates three automatic cleaning stages into one complete workflow:

• Automatic Solvent Wash
• Clean Rinse
• Air Flush  (Drying)

Inside the cleaning chamber, 14 swirl-action jets create a powerful circulating flow, ensuring thorough cleaning of both internal fluid passages and external spray gun components.

The Clean Rinse function uses a metered rinse design (approx. 100 cc per cycle), providing effective flushing while controlling solvent consumption. If additional rinsing is required, the rinse cycle can be repeated after pump recharge.

Enhanced Cleaning for High-Viscosity Coatings

A foot-operated flow-through brush system is included to provide additional cleaning power for high-viscosity or strongly adhesive coatings, further improving overall cleanliness and reliability.

Durable, Safe, and Operator-Friendly Design

The UG4000D features a stainless steel cleaning chamber and a solvent-resistant structural design. Multiple diaphragm pumps ensure stable operation of the wash, rinse, and air flush cycles.

For improved safety and working comfort, the machine includes:

• Lid-open automatic stop function
• Built-in fume extraction system
• Vent control for solvent vapor removal

These features actively extract solvent fumes when the lid is opened, helping reduce odors and improve air quality in the work area.
