Dual-Gun Economic Model – Higher Automatic Cleaning Efficiency

The UG2000D Spray Gun Cleaner is designed for spray painting environments that require simultaneous cleaning of multiple spray guns. It can clean two spray guns and two paint cups at the same time, significantly improving cleaning efficiency while maintaining a simple and reliable machine structure. It is ideal for small to medium spray shops or workplaces where spray guns are shared by multiple operators.

The UG2000D uses Uni-ram’s proven vortex solvent cleaning technology. Multiple nozzles create a strong circulating solvent flow inside the cleaning chamber, allowing both the internal and external parts of the spray guns to be thoroughly cleaned in a short time. The cleaning chamber and key fluid-contact components are made of stainless steel, offering excellent solvent and corrosion resistance. Combined with a diaphragm pump for stable solvent supply, the machine is well suited for frequent daily use.

The UG2000D features fully automatic operation—simply turn the timer knob to start the cleaning cycle. A lid-open safety stop function is included to enhance operator safety. Powered by compressed air, the UG2000D requires only clean, dry air to operate. Positioned between the UG110 and UG4000D models, it is a practical dual-gun cleaner that balances performance, efficiency, and cost.
