The UG110 Spray Gun Cleaner is an automatic cleaning unit designed for small-scale spray painting environments using solvent-based paints. Its compact size saves space while allowing one spray gun and one paint cup to be cleaned at the same time. Using a vortex-type solvent cleaning process, the cleaning cycle takes about one minute, greatly reducing manual cleaning time and minimizing solvent exposure risks.

The internal cleaning chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, providing excellent solvent resistance and corrosion resistance. A double diaphragm pump delivers stable cleaning power, while multiple vortex nozzles create effective solvent circulation inside the chamber, ensuring thorough cleaning of both the inside and outside of the spray gun. The durable and simple structure makes it suitable for daily repeated use.

The UG110 features a fully automatic operation with a lid-open safety stop function to enhance operator safety. It is CE and FM certified and powered by compressed air, requiring only clean, dry air to operate.
