The T-EX Series Explosion-Proof Solvent Recycler is a powerful and reliable solution designed for safe and efficient solvent recovery. It is widely used in applications such as cleaning metal surfaces with acetone or recovering mixed solvents (oil or paint residues) generated from spray painting equipment cleaning processes.

This system operates by heating thermal oil with electric heating rods to raise the temperature of the waste solvent, causing volatile compounds such as acetone, toluene, and other solvents to evaporate. The vapor is then cooled and condensed to produce clean, transparent recycled solvent, while residues are left behind in the collection tank. This enables cost savings by reusing solvents and contributes to environmental protection.

The T-EX Series features a user-friendly interface that allows up to eight-stage temperature and time settings, providing precise control for different types of solvents. It is also equipped with overheat protection and automatic shutdown after recovery, ensuring operator safety. An optional sight window on the recovery tank lid allows clear monitoring of the recovery process. The entire system is designed with airtight explosion-proof construction and has passed certification by the China National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Explosion Protected Electrical Products.

The entire machine and its key components are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and long service life. For customers handling acidic, alkaline, or corrosive solvents, the system can be upgraded to SUS316 stainless steel or have the inner surface of the recovery tank coated with PTFE (Teflon) to enhance chemical resistance and extend operational life.

In addition, the system's temperature setting can be adjusted without opening the electrical control box, and the non-contact temperature display design eliminates the risk of spark generation, providing an extra level of operational safety.
