The T-AGPZ is designed for precision coating of small workpieces and small areas. Its HVLP low-pressure atomization system provides stable spray performance even at low fluid delivery rates. Short-distance spraying helps reduce overspray and bounce-back while improving transfer efficiency.

It is suitable for small workpieces such as mobile phones, computers, and automotive components, as well as automated coating systems using robots and automatic reciprocators. Manufacturer testing demonstrates stable low-volume spraying at a spray distance of 100 mm and a fluid delivery rate of 20 cc/min.

Features:

• Stable Low-Volume Spraying：The low-pressure atomization design reduces overspray and bounce-back while improving transfer efficiency, making it particularly suitable for precision coating of small workpieces and small areas.
• Highly Durable Tungsten Carbide Fluid Tip and Needle: The fluid tip and needle are made of tungsten carbide for excellent wear resistance, improved durability, and longer service life. The standard fluid tip size is 1.0 mm.
• Two-Step Triggering for Quick Cleaning: In addition to normal spray ON/OFF operation, a cleaning mode further opens the needle to increase cleaning fluid flow, improving color-change and fluid passage cleaning efficiency. According to the manufacturer, color-change cleaning time can be reduced by approximately half compared with previous models.
• Contamination-Resistant Air Cap: The specially designed air cap reduces paint buildup, helping minimize cleaning requirements after spraying.
• Full-Auto and Semi-Auto Models Available: Full-Auto and Semi-Auto models are available to suit different automation requirements, with both circulation and non-circulation fluid configurations.
