The RA101-PX is an automatic long-tube spray gun designed for flat surface and internal wall coating applications. It is intended for fixed installation on equipment and system integration. The extended tube structure enables long-reach spraying for deep cavities and elevated areas, making it suitable for integration into automated coating systems or dedicated machinery.

During spraying, the workpiece does not need to rotate. Internal wall coating is achieved by reciprocating movement of the spray gun driven by mechanical equipment. The gun body has no handle or trigger mechanism and is designed as a machine-mounted unit. It can be used with linear slides, robotic arms, or dedicated fixtures to perform stable and repeatable internal coating processes.

The spray gun features a specialized structural design that provides strong coating adhesion and high spraying efficiency. It is suitable for low- to medium-low viscosity coatings. The air cap, nozzle, and needle are precision machined, and the fluid passages are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and compatibility with water-based coatings.

This series is available in multiple length specifications and can also be manufactured in custom lengths to match different equipment structures and workpiece depth requirements. It is suitable for automated internal coating applications requiring stable control of spray position and stroke.
