Automatic Long-Tube Internal Spray Gun

The RA101-PS is the automatic version of the long-tube internal spray gun, designed for fixed installation on equipment and system integration. It is suitable for coating applications inside pipes or enclosed cavities. This model features an internal-wall spraying structure and is protected by related patents, meeting the requirements for internal surface treatment and internal wall coating in automated systems.

The nozzle produces a 360° circular spray pattern. During operation, neither the workpiece nor the spray gun needs to rotate; a ring-shaped coating can be formed along the inner wall of the pipe, which is ideal for internal cavity coating. Depending on the model, it can be used with low-, medium-, or higher-viscosity coatings, allowing the system to adapt to different material conditions.

The spray gun adopts a long-tube structure for long-reach spraying into deep areas and elevated positions. The air cap connection tube and fluid tube are made of stainless steel, providing resistance to bending or deformation, as well as corrosion and wear. The air cap, nozzle, and needle are also made of high-hardness stainless steel. The fluid passages are constructed from stainless steel, making the gun suitable for water-based coatings.

This series is available in multiple tube length options and can also be manufactured in custom lengths to match different machine stroke requirements and workpiece depths. It is suitable for automated long-tube spraying environments that require stable and uniform internal wall coverage.
