The RA101-PBS is an automatic long-tube spray gun designed for both flat surface and internal wall coating applications. It is intended for fixed installation on equipment and system integration. This product is protected by a national invention patent. Different air cap configurations can be selected according to the spray position, allowing quick switching between internal wall and flat surface spraying simply by replacing the air cap. It is well suited for integration into automated coating equipment.

For internal wall spraying, B1 or B2 air caps are used to produce a spray pattern suitable for covering the inner wall of tubes. For flat surface applications, the S air cap is used for general surface coating. Spray pattern adjustment is achieved by changing the air cap only, without modifying the overall gun structure, enabling flexible use under different spraying conditions.

The fluid passages are made of stainless steel, providing corrosion and wear resistance. The gun is compatible with various coatings, including solvent-based and water-based materials. Multiple tube length options are available, and custom lengths can be manufactured to match different machine stroke requirements and workpiece depths.

This model features a machine-mounted structure and is suitable for automated systems requiring repeatable and position-controlled spraying operations, particularly in applications that need switching between flat surface and internal wall coating.
