The RA101-L is an automatic long-tube spray gun designed for fixed installation on equipment and system integration. It is suitable for long-reach applications involving deep cavities and elevated spraying positions. The nozzle features a specialized design that produces a circular spray pattern inside pipes, addressing the coating requirements of internal spaces. It is intended for automated spraying environments where the gun must be extended into the interior or deeper sections of a workpiece.

This series adopts a long-tube structural design and is available in multiple standard lengths as well as specially designed extended lengths. Custom specifications can also be manufactured to match different machine stroke requirements and workpiece depths. The air cap connection tube and fluid tube are made of stainless steel, offering resistance to bending deformation, corrosion, and wear. The air cap, nozzle, and needle are also manufactured from high-hardness stainless steel.

The fluid passages are constructed from stainless steel, making the gun suitable for spraying water-based coatings. The overall design focuses on long-distance extension and internal space spraying. It is intended for use with automated equipment in applications that require stable coating performance in deep or elevated areas.
