Automatic Long-Tube Spray Gun
RA-Series

The RA Series consists of slim-tube automatic spray guns designed for automated coating applications inside pipes or confined spaces. The guns feature a slender, elongated tube structure that allows the spray position to be extended into the interior or side areas of a workpiece, making them suitable for internal pipe walls, bottle interiors, and side-surface spraying applications.

This series can be used with different air cap types. The A cap is suitable for internal pipe walls, bottle interiors, and side spraying. The R cap is designed for long-distance and deep-hole surface spraying. The F cap provides an alternative spray pattern option. By selecting different air caps, the spray distribution can be adjusted to achieve various coverage patterns, accommodating internal or angled spraying conditions.

The spray produces fine atomization with uniform distribution. The air cap connection tube, fluid tube, and outer tube are made of stainless steel, offering resistance to bending deformation, corrosion, and wear. The air cap, nozzle, and needle are manufactured from high-grade stainless steel. The fluid passages are also stainless steel, making the guns suitable for water-based coatings.

The series is available in multiple tube length specifications and can also be manufactured in custom lengths to match different equipment structures and workpiece depths. It is suitable for automated slim-tube spraying operations where the spray angle and position must be directed into the interior of the workpiece.
