Handheld Long-Tube Internal Spray Gun

The R101-PX is a handheld long-tube spray gun designed for flat surfaces and internal wall coating applications. Its extended tube design enables long-reach spraying for deep cavities and elevated areas. During operation, the workpiece does not need to be rotated; internal coating can be completed simply by moving the spray gun, making operation straightforward.

The spray gun features a specially engineered structure that enhances coating adhesion and allows for high spraying efficiency. It is suitable for low- to medium-low viscosity coatings. The air cap, nozzle, and needle are manufactured with high-precision machining. The fluid passages are made of stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance and compatibility with water-based coatings.

This series is available in multiple length options and can also be manufactured in custom lengths to match different workpiece depth requirements.
