Handheld Long-Tube Internal Spray Gun
R101-PS

The R101-PS is a handheld long-tube spray gun designed for coating inside pipes and enclosed cavities. This model features an internal-wall spraying structure and is protected by related patents, making it suitable for internal surface treatment and internal wall coating applications.

The nozzle produces a 360° circular spray pattern. During operation, neither the workpiece nor the spray gun needs to be rotated; a ring-shaped coverage can be formed along the inner wall of the pipe to meet internal coating requirements. Depending on the model, it supports low-, medium-, and higher-viscosity coatings, allowing the equipment to adapt to different coating conditions.

The gun uses a long-tube structure for long-reach spraying into deep areas and elevated positions. The air cap connection tube and fluid tube are made of stainless steel, offering resistance to bending/deformation as well as corrosion and wear. The air cap, nozzle, and needle are also made from high-hardness stainless steel. The fluid passages are stainless steel as well, making the gun suitable for spraying water-based coatings.

This series is available in multiple tube length options and can also be manufactured in custom lengths to match different workpiece depths and spraying distance requirements. It is ideal for long-tube spraying applications that require uniform internal wall coverage.
