Handheld Long-Tube Spray Gun

The R101-PBS is a handheld long-tube spray gun designed for both flat surface and internal wall coating applications. Different air cap configurations can be selected depending on the spray position; by simply changing the air cap, the gun can be adapted for internal wall or flat surface spraying. This product is protected by a national invention patent and is a structural spray gun specifically engineered for extended long-tube spraying.

For internal wall applications, the gun can be used with B1 or B2 air caps to produce a spray pattern suitable for covering the inner wall of tubes. For flat surface spraying, the S air cap is used for general surface coating work. No changes to the main gun structure are required—switching spray modes is achieved solely by replacing the air cap.

The fluid passages are made of stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is compatible with a variety of coatings, including solvent-based and water-based materials. Multiple tube lengths are available, and custom lengths can be manufactured to match different spraying depths or reach requirements.

The overall design emphasizes ease of operation and maintenance, making it suitable for job sites where switching between flat surface and internal wall spraying is required.
