R101-L

The R101-L is a handheld long-tube spray gun designed for long-reach applications, including deep cavities and elevated spraying positions. The nozzle features a specialized design that produces a circular spray pattern inside pipes, meeting the coating requirements of internal spaces and making it suitable for operations that require spraying into recessed areas.

This series adopts a long-tube structural design and is available in multiple standard lengths as well as specially designed extended lengths. Custom specifications can also be manufactured to match different workpiece depths and operating distances. The air cap connection tube and fluid tube are made of stainless steel, providing resistance to bending deformation, corrosion, and wear. The air cap, nozzle, and needle are also made of high-hardness stainless steel.

The fluid passages are constructed from stainless steel, making the gun suitable for spraying water-based coatings. The overall design focuses on long-distance extension and internal space spraying, supporting applications that require stable coating performance in deep or elevated areas.
