PTI-MEM1060

The Timmer PTI-MEM1060 is a 1/2" stainless steel air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for paint supply, circulation systems, and process transfer applications. An intelligent stroke sensor (iHZ or corresponding sensor-version code) can be optionally equipped according to system requirements, providing pump operation feedback to support system monitoring and preventive maintenance. This makes it particularly suitable for automated finishing lines and IoT-enabled production environments.

The PTI-MEM1060 features stainless steel (VA) wetted parts, offering excellent chemical resistance and cleanability for a wide range of coatings and process fluids. Its short-stroke design combined with a ceramic spool valve control system effectively reduces pulsation, delivering stable and uniform fluid supply to improve spray quality and overall process stability. The optimized pneumatic structure lowers starting pressure and air consumption while minimizing diaphragm overextension, extending component life and reducing long-term maintenance costs.

When equipped with the optional iHZ sensor (or when the ordering code includes the corresponding sensing module code), the pump can detect diaphragm stroke cycles in real time and output signals to a PLC. This enables equipment operation monitoring, abnormal condition detection (such as dry run or supply irregularities), and stroke counting for maintenance management—upgrading the supply system from “operational” to “monitorable and manageable.”

The PTI-MEM1060 is suitable for coating supply in automatic and semi-automatic finishing lines, as well as for paint circulation and transfer systems, printing machinery, and coating equipment requiring continuous fluid delivery. Explosion-protected configurations (such as ATEX-compliant versions) are available depending on the model variant, allowing use in hazardous environments involving coatings or process fluids.
