Anilox Roller Cleaning Machine
PRSM-01

The PRSM-01 roller cleaning machine is designed for cleaning printing rollers, anilox rollers, and other cylindrical workpieces. It can be used with dedicated cleaning agents for ink removal, combining high-pressure cleaning and air-knife drying to help remove residual ink and contaminants from roller surfaces.

The equipment can be customized according to workpiece size, cleaning requirements, and site configuration. It is suitable for printing, coating, and related roller cleaning applications. When used with suitable cleaning agents, it helps improve cleaning efficiency, reduce manual cleaning time, and maintain roller surface cleanliness and downstream process stability.

The PRSM-01 can be used with different cleaning agents depending on the cleaning target:

• Anilox Roller Cleaner (GAPK-1622): Suitable for ink cleaning of anilox rollers and related rollers. 20 L / drum
• Resin Flexographic Plate Cleaner (GCPP-2216): Suitable for ink cleaning of resin flexographic plates and related printing components. 10 L / drum
