The N270 Series high-pressure airless paint sprayers are DSTech’s flagship models, designed specifically for high-viscosity coatings and large-scale industrial spraying projects. Equipped with a 10.6-inch large pneumatic motor, they deliver high output power and stable material supply. Even during long continuous operation or in demanding environments, the system maintains consistent spray pressure and atomization quality, making it ideal for heavy anti-corrosion coatings, structural coating applications, and other high-intensity uses.

The key feature of this series is its advanced anti-icing design. Through a specially shaped convex piston plate and housing structure, condensed moisture inside the pneumatic motor can be discharged quickly, reducing the risk of icing and keeping internal components dry and clean. An integrated anti-icing ventilation system further helps delay air hose freezing caused by low temperatures, ensuring stable operation in cold or high-humidity environments.

The N270 Series is also equipped with a manual restart button, allowing quick recovery if the pump stops due to icing or foreign material, minimizing downtime. A heavy-duty air regulator is designed to handle harsh operating conditions such as sandblasting. The high air intake capacity reduces pulsation and stabilizes spray pressure, while a built-in silencer effectively lowers operating noise.
This series offers multiple pressure ratios from 47:1 to 95:1, with a maximum output of up to 18.7 L/min, and is widely used in construction projects, shipyards, heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating, and large steel structure spraying applications.
