Air-Controlled Paint Back Pressure Regulator

Products
Air-Controlled Paint Back Pressure Regulator Air pressure-controlled back pressure for stable coating system flow. The LBR-A02 Series air-controlled paint back pressure regulator is designed for coating supply systems. By using an externally controlled air pressure diaphragm mechanism, it maintains stable back pressure within the paint pipeline. This design effectively stabilizes paint flow, reduces the influence of pump pulsation on the system, and ensures stable fluid movement in circulation supply systems. When the system pressure rises to the preset level, the back pressure regulator automatically opens the return flow to maintain stable pipeline pressure. This function is particularly suitable for paint circulation systems, metered supply systems, and multi-spray-gun coating equipment, helping improve spray quality while reducing pressure fluctuations. The LBR-A02 Series is available with aluminum alloy and stainless steel wetted material options, allowing selection based on coating type and corrosion resistance requirements. It uses a PTFE (Teflon) diaphragm design, providing excellent chemical resistance and sealing performance. Product Features:
