HVP-1028 Series

Adhesive Pump HVP-1028 Series is a pressure plate feeding system designed for high viscosity materials. Its versatility allows it to be used for various high viscosity materials, including high viscosity grease, high viscosity silicone, high viscosity epoxy, high viscosity butyl rubber, and more.

One of the features of this pump is its 28:1 pressure ratio, which means it can operate quickly and efficiently under high pressure. It has a flow rate of 10 c.c. per cycle, a maximum paint output pressure of 196 bar, and a maximum paint flow rate of 800 cc/min, making it a highly efficient tool.

Another feature is the use of 304SUS and Teflon as the material for the pump's liquid inlet, which are high-quality materials with durability and corrosion resistance to ensure long-term use. It is suitable for viscosities ranging from 5000 to 25000 cps, with a cylinder stroke of 250 mm, an air inlet diameter of 1/2"pt, and a paint outlet diameter of 1/2"pt.

In addition, we offer two models, HVP-1028-1 and HVP-1028-2, which are suitable for 1L plastic barrels and 3L stainless steel barrels, respectively. With this pump, you can easily supply high-viscosity materials and handle various materials effortlessly.
