The membrane-type buffer HPD is an indispensable tool for metering pumps. Through the membrane buffer, we can effectively eliminate the pulsation in the pipeline and the water hammer phenomenon in the system caused by positive displacement pumps such as piston pumps or diaphragm pumps, ensuring the stability of fluid transfer. Its ingenious structure features a corrosion-resistant PTFE and rubber composite diaphragm separating the upper and lower shells. The superiority lies in the diaphragm completely isolating pre-charged gas and pipeline liquid, making maintenance convenient.

The membrane-type buffer comes with specified thread sizes or flange connections, and offers a variety of shell materials, including PP and SUS304. This cleverly designed product achieves optimal results by smoothing pipeline pulsation through changes in the chamber volume. Under appropriate selection and pressurization conditions, the HPD can greatly reduce pulsation, ensuring a more stable system operation.
