HB5000-System

The ASAHI SUNAC HB5000 Series is a handheld electrostatic spray gun system designed for industrial coating applications. When combined with the BPS130 electrostatic controller and HN Series air caps, the system delivers stable electrostatic deposition performance and consistent atomization quality in manual spray operations. By utilizing electrostatic attraction, it significantly improves paint transfer efficiency, reduces overspray and material loss, and helps lower coating material costs while maintaining uniform film appearance and overall process yield.

The HB5000 Series is available in three versions—HB5000S, HB5000M, and HB5000W—primarily differentiated by compatible coating materials and paint supply configurations. The HB5000S and HB5000M are intended for solvent-based coating applications and are well suited for standard manual electrostatic spray lines. The HB5000W is designed for water-based coatings and requires an isolated paint supply system to ensure electrostatic stability and operational safety. In production environments where both solvent-based and water-based processes are present, the appropriate model can be selected according to the coating material and paint supply conditions to maintain optimal transfer efficiency and coating quality consistency.

The system supports three HN Series air cap spray patterns: HN400 (narrow pattern), HN600 (medium pattern), and HN800 (wide pattern). Selection can be made based on part size, target spray width, and surface finish requirements, enabling more uniform coating application, stable appearance quality, and consistent spray feel and atomization performance across different workpieces.

The BPS130 serves as the core electrostatic controller of the system, supplying and regulating the electrostatic output required by the spray gun. It is designed to ensure stable and repeatable spraying conditions, intuitive parameter adjustment, and enhanced operational safety through built-in protection functions, making it suitable for manual coating lines that require long-duration continuous operation.
