The Binks Trophy Automatic Series spray guns are engineered for automated finishing and high-volume production lines. The design prioritizes spray stability, atomization consistency, and long-term operational reliability, making them well suited for conveyor systems, fixture-based spraying, and a wide range of automated coating systems.

Trophy automatic spray guns support three atomization technologies: HVLP, LVMP, and Conventional. Within the same gun platform, different air caps and fluid nozzle combinations can be configured to match coating viscosity, required film build, and line takt time. This flexibility allows optimization of transfer efficiency and coating quality while maintaining stable mass production performance.

The internal fluid passages are constructed from stainless steel. Depending on the application, stainless steel, plastic, or tungsten carbide fluid nozzles and needle assemblies can be selected to handle general industrial coatings, abrasive materials, high-solids coatings, or specialty finishes. The modular configuration helps reduce the number of spare parts on the production line and simplifies maintenance and inventory management.

From a structural standpoint, the Trophy Automatic Series features stable internal fluid paths and uniform air distribution. This enables consistent atomization during extended continuous operation, minimizes coating variation, and improves product-to-product consistency. It is particularly suitable for automated lines with stringent quality stability requirements.

Typical applications include automated finishing lines, conveyor-based spray systems, fixture-mounted spraying equipment, and high-volume coating of metal, wood, and various industrial coatings (primers, topcoats, and clearcoats).
