ACT-05

The air-operated three-way valve is used in automatic color change and automatic cleaning spray systems, and can be controlled by remote air control or PLC to achieve pressure-based cleaning or solvent cleaning before cleaning, achieving automatic cleaning and color change.

The ACT-05 three-way valve is made of aluminum alloy, 304 stainless steel, and Teflon for fluid applications such as oil, solvent, and paint. It is designed to be compact and does not add space or weight to the machine or equipment configuration. The flow rate can reach up to 5.5 liters per minute, and it is designed for high flow rate and equipped with a reflux design to allow the coating to flow continuously without sedimentation in the spray supply system. It also features a visible hole for fluid leakage warning for valve maintenance and maintenance, improving safety.

The ACT-05 three-way valve can be used with the ACT-06 two-way valve and related color change modules to achieve automatic and fast color change function for the spray supply system.
