High-Pressure Two-Component Injection Gun

The 2P-LG-01 High-Pressure Two-Component Injection Gun features separate inlets for the base material and hardener. It can be used with a two-component proportioning system, which supplies the two materials separately to the gun for mixing and injection at the front end.

The gun is equipped with dual check valves, a mixing head, and a static mixer. The base material and hardener remain separated before entering the mixing section, where they are thoroughly mixed before being discharged through the outlet.

The manual on/off control provides simple operation and easy maintenance. An extension nozzle or grease fitting with high-pressure hose is also available as an option to accommodate different injection locations and applications.
