The 2P-146-30-11-A is a high-pressure pump specifically designed for two-component materials. Its dual-pump configuration separately delivers the base material and hardener while maintaining a stable 1:1 mixing ratio. The air-powered high-pressure system provides stable material delivery to the application point, making it suitable for continuous material supply and professional high-pressure injection applications.

When used with the 2P-LG-01 High-Pressure Injection Gun, the base material and hardener are delivered separately through independent lines into the gun. The two components are then combined through the mixing head and static mixing tube before discharge. This point-of-use mixing design minimizes the amount of mixed material remaining in the upstream hoses and makes operation and cleaning more convenient.

The complete system integrates two-component material supply, high-pressure delivery, mixing, and injection. Optional accessories, including an extension nozzle or grease fitting with high-pressure hose, are available for different injection locations and working conditions. The system is suitable for two-component resins and other materials requiring a fixed mixing ratio, and can be used for crack repair, waterproofing and leak sealing, structural repair, and other high-pressure injection applications.
