Our 2.5:1 pneumatic piston pump is a highly efficient and extremely reliable product designed to operate under low pressure. It rapidly transports substantial quantities of low-viscosity liquid raw materials to desired locations within a short period. With a maximum flow rate of 7.8 liters per minute, it delivers consistently high and stable flow output, capable of handling low-viscosity liquid raw materials up to 1000 CPS. Compared to other pump types, it has a smaller contact area with the liquid, requiring less cleaning solution for maintenance. This feature makes it particularly suitable for easily drying and frequently color-changing coatings.

Furthermore, this pump is well-suited for various applications including continuous material conveying, low-viscosity paint adhesives, and delivery ends of paint spraying systems. It can handle a wide range of materials such as solvents, coatings, motor oil or hydraulic cylinder oil, chemical diluents, and general liquid chemical materials.
